Who we are
This website is operated by Eurosava ("Eurosava", "we", "us"). We sell seats on our own charter flights and, on some routes, on flights operated by partner airlines. The airline that operates a flight is shown on your booking.
Our full company details are in the legal notices. These terms are completed by the general travel conditions, the payment terms, the refund & credit policy and the privacy policy.
Your booking
- A booking is a contract between you and Eurosava once payment is confirmed and we show your booking reference. Until then the booking is pending and seats are not guaranteed.
- The person making the booking must be at least 18 and accepts these terms for every traveller on it.
- Enter every traveller's name exactly as in their passport or ID card, and check dates of birth and passport details. Mistakes can mean a traveller is refused boarding.
- Adults are 12 and over, children 2 to 11 and infants under 2 on the day of travel. Each infant travels on the lap of an adult on the same booking.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in euro, include taxes and charges and cover every traveller in your search. Seats, extras and insurance are listed separately before you pay.
- Card payments are processed in Macedonian denars at the rate shown on the payment page.
- Prices can change until you pay. The amount on the payment page is final and is not increased after payment.
- Payment is by card on your bank's 3-D Secure page. We don't store card numbers.
- If a payment is not completed, the booking can be cancelled without notice and the seats released.
Fare packages, seats and extras
- What each fare package includes (for example checked baggage or transfers) is shown on the flight details before you book.
- Paid seat selection is available on our own flights. A chosen seat may be changed for operational or safety reasons; if we move you to a lower-priced zone we give you the difference as credit.
- Extras apply only to the flights and travellers they were bought for.
Changes and cancellations by you
Changes and cancellations are handled under our refund & credit policy. In short: if you cancel at least 48 hours before departure you receive travel credit valid for 12 months, not a refund in money.
The 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract under the Law on Consumer Protection does not apply to contracts for passenger transport.
Changes and cancellations by us
Charter schedules can change. If we or the carrier need to change or cancel your flight, we tell you without delay using the contact details on the booking. If the flight is cancelled or moved by five hours or more, you choose between another flight, a refund in money within 7 days, or travel credit. Your rights to care and compensation under the air passenger rights rules are set out in the general travel conditions and are not limited by these terms.
Partner airline flights
Flights marked as partner flights are operated by another airline. That airline's conditions of carriage, baggage rules and fare rules also apply, and the airline assigns seats. We tell you which airline operates your flight before you pay.
Check-in and boarding
- Online check-in opens once the booking is paid. After check-in, download your boarding pass from Manage booking.
- Be at the airport at least 2 hours before departure. Check-in desks and bag drop close 40 minutes and the gate 20 minutes before departure; late travellers may be refused boarding without credit.
- Each traveller needs a valid passport or ID card and any visa or health documents the destination requires. Checking entry rules is your responsibility.
Baggage and safety
- Your baggage allowance is shown on your booking. Excess or oversized bags can be refused or charged at the airport.
- Dangerous goods are not allowed. Lithium batteries and power banks travel in hand luggage only; liquids in hand luggage follow the 100 ml rule.
- We, the airline or the airport may refuse carriage to anyone who endangers safety, is disruptive, or does not follow crew instructions.
Travel insurance
Insurance offered during booking is provided by our insurance partner under its own policy terms. Eurosava arranges it but is not the insurer. Claims are handled by the insurer; we help you get started.
Our liability
Our liability for death, injury, delay and baggage is governed by the international conventions and laws that apply to air carriage. Otherwise we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you booked, or for events outside our reasonable control such as weather, air traffic control, strikes or security alerts. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Using this website
Don't misuse the website, try to access other people's bookings, or book with false details. We may cancel bookings made fraudulently or through automated tools. Content on this site belongs to Eurosava and its licensors.
Complaints
If something goes wrong, write to us with your booking reference. We answer in writing within 15 days. If you are not satisfied, you can turn to:
- Flight delays, cancellations and denied boarding: complain to the airline that operated the flight first. If you get no answer within six weeks, or you do not accept the answer, you can complain to the Civil Aviation Agency, Dame Gruev 1, 1000 Skopje, passengerrights@caa.gov.mk, caa.gov.mk.
- Consumer rights: the State Market Inspectorate supervises the Law on Consumer Protection (dpi.gov.mk). Consumer organisations can advise you free of charge.
- Personal data: the Agency for Personal Data Protection (azlp.mk).
- Courts: you can always bring a claim before the competent court. Trying to settle the matter with us first does not take that right away.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of North Macedonia, and disputes are decided by the competent court in North Macedonia. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of that country. If the language versions of these terms differ, the Macedonian text prevails.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version shown when you paid applies to your booking.
Contact us at info@eurosava.com or through the contact form, and include your booking reference if it is about a booking.
