Flight trips

Define route, aircraft, carrier, currency, flight number, departure and arrival times, cost, seat and infant capacity, and operating weekdays. One flight is generated for each matching date.

Smart re-sync on edit

When a trip changes, shared details are updated on all of its flights. Dates that fall outside the new schedule are removed, duplicates are cleaned up, and missing dates are added.

One-off flights

Create standalone flights outside any rotation. They have the same fields and pricing options as trip flights.

Sale controls

Each flight and trip has its own active status, public visibility and sale status, so you decide what can be searched and booked.

Agency seat allocation

Record seat blocks per partner agency: number of seats, agreed price, and whether the seats are reserved or can draw on the remaining inventory.

Linked tours

Deleting a flight also removes its date from any active tour relation, so tours never offer a date that no longer exists.

Seat-threshold tiers

The active tier is the first one whose threshold is above the number of seats already booked. When every threshold has been passed, the last tier applies.

Per passenger type

Separate adult, child and infant fares, each with a one-way (OW) and return (RT) component. A round trip is priced as OW + RT.

Ticket types

Configurable ticket types with a name, description, seat usage, prefix, limitations and status.

Transparent totals

Every booking stores flight, package and service totals separately, plus the grand total and the booking currency.

Packages

Title, description, colour and a per-passenger price. Assign a package to individual flights, whole flight trips (all their flights) and tour relations.

Default package

Mark one package as the default. It is attached to every existing flight right away and to every new flight automatically.

Services & options

Services such as baggage or meals, each with options that have an icon, a price, an additional price and a default choice.

Per-leg selection

Passengers pick services separately for the outbound and return legs. Each choice is stored with the passenger type and leg.

Price breakdown

Package offers return the combined price, the original package price, and a breakdown per adult, child and infant.

Airport mapping

Look up Paximum airports with autocomplete, save them, and map each local airport to its Paximum code.

Tour relations

For each departure airport, define destinations and bookable dates from a period and weekdays. Tours can be multi-city or non-stop only, can be enabled or disabled, and link to packages.

Live price search

One-way and round-trip searches in EUR, with flight fees and baggage included. Outbound and return offers are paired, and direct flights are listed first.

Stop filters

Filter results by non-stop or one-stop connections.

Full reservation flow

Once payment succeeds, the supplier booking runs automatically: fetch offers, begin the transaction, set traveller details, commit, and read back the reservation.

Margin tracking

Supplier sale and agency prices are saved on the booking. The internal team receives an email comparing them with the platform price.

Session handling

Supplier access tokens are cached and renewed automatically when they expire.

Combined results

Your own flights and Paximum offers come back together as outbound and return lists, for adults, children and infants.

Seat availability check

Before a booking is created, confirmed seats are counted against capacity. Bookings that would overbook are rejected.

Booking reference

Every booking gets a six-character reference. Customers can retrieve their booking with that reference and their email address.

Per-traveller legs

Each traveller gets a record per leg with flight, package and service prices. Your own flights and supplier flights can be mixed on one booking.

Status queues

• Pending: new bookings on your own flights
• Confirmed: approved and paid
• Declined: rejected or failed

One-click actions

Confirm (marks the booking paid), decline or delete a booking, and download its ticket or invoice.

Traveller & contact data

Traveller details, including passport data for the PNL, and contact information are stored on every booking.

Embeddable payment page

Open the payment form by booking reference and email. It accepts Visa and Mastercard.

Hosted 3-D Secure

Card details are entered on the bank's hosted 3D Pay page. Card data never touches the platform.

Signed callbacks

The bank's response is checked against a SHA-512 hash before the booking is marked paid.

Automatic fulfilment

An approved payment immediately starts the supplier reservation for Paximum flights.

Online check-in

Passengers confirm their details with their booking reference and email. Their check-in is recorded, and they get an email with their boarding pass attached.

Auto check-in opt-in

Travellers who opt in are checked in automatically by a scheduled job ahead of departure. They get their ticket by email.

Reminders

Confirmed passengers who didn't opt in get a check-in reminder email instead.

Status lookup

Check-in status shows how many passengers are checked in, and includes a ticket link once everyone is.

Audit trail

Every check-in records when it happened and whether it was manual or automatic.

Boarding-pass tickets

Outbound and return legs with the PNR, passengers, route, dates and times. Customers download them from a secure link tied to their email.

Invoices

One line per traveller and leg, with totals for flights, packages, services and the grand total. Customers download them with their reference and email.

Passenger Name List

Per-flight PNL of checked-in passengers with name, passenger type and passport number. View it in the browser or download it as a PDF.
