What we do
We are a travel agency. We organise charter flights performed by licensed air carriers and sell seats on flights of partner airlines as an intermediary. The carrier that operates a flight is always named before you pay and on your ticket.
Supervision and complaints
Our activity is regulated by the Law on Tourism Activity, the Law on Consumer Protection, the Law on Electronic Commerce, the Law on Personal Data Protection and the air transport laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. If you are not satisfied with our answer to a complaint, you can turn to:
- Flight delays, cancellations and denied boarding: complain to the airline that operated the flight first. If you get no answer within six weeks, or you do not accept the answer, you can complain to the Civil Aviation Agency, Dame Gruev 1, 1000 Skopje, passengerrights@caa.gov.mk, caa.gov.mk.
- Consumer rights: the State Market Inspectorate supervises the Law on Consumer Protection (dpi.gov.mk). Consumer organisations can advise you free of charge.
- Personal data: the Agency for Personal Data Protection (azlp.mk).
- Courts: you can always bring a claim before the competent court. Trying to settle the matter with us first does not take that right away.
Information on this website
- We keep schedules, prices and travel information up to date, but flight times can change and general travel information cannot replace the official sources of the destination country.
- An obvious error in a price or a schedule, such as a price of zero, does not bind us. If it affects your booking we contact you at once, and you can accept the corrected offer or cancel with a full refund.
- Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content.

The texts, design, logos and software of this website belong to Eurosava or its licensors and are protected by the Law on Copyright and Related Rights and the Law on Industrial Property. You may view and print pages for your own travel. Copying, scraping or republishing the content for commercial purposes needs our written consent.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website to make false or speculative bookings, to access bookings of other people, to test stolen cards or to overload or probe our systems. We may block such use and report it to the authorities.
Languages
The website is available in Macedonian, Albanian and English. If the versions of a legal text differ, the Macedonian text prevails.
Applicable law
The use of this website and the contracts concluded on it are governed by the law of the Republic of North Macedonia. Consumers who live in another country keep the protection of the mandatory rules of that country.
