Booking

How do I book a flight?
Choose where you fly from on the homepage. We only show destinations and dates that really have flights. Pick a flight and a fare package, enter your travellers, add seats or extras if you like, and pay by card. Your booking reference appears straight away.
What is the difference between the fare packages?
Every flight has one or more packages. The lowest one is the seat itself; higher packages add things like checked bags or airport transfers. The price shown already covers every traveller in your search, and you can open "Flight details" to compare what each package includes.
Why can I only pick some dates?
The calendar only shows dates with seats on sale for your route, so you never search an empty day. If a date is missing, there is no flight that day or it is sold out.
Do you sell flights on other airlines?
Yes. Besides our own charter rotations, we search partner airlines for some routes and show them in the same list. Partner flights are marked, and the airline assigns their seats.
Can I book for a group?
You can book up to 9 adults and children in one booking, plus one infant per adult. For larger groups, contact us and we will put together an offer.
Who counts as a child or an infant?
Adults are 12 and over, children are 2 to 11, and infants are under 2 on the day of travel. Infants sit on an adult's lap, so each infant needs an adult on the same booking.

Payment & prices

How do I pay?
By debit or credit card on your bank's secure 3-D Secure page. Eurosava never sees or stores your card number.
When is my booking confirmed?
As soon as the payment goes through. Until then the booking stays pending and the seats are not guaranteed. You can finish paying later from Manage booking; the payment link is valid for 45 minutes at a time.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The total on the payment page is what you pay: fares for every traveller plus any seats, extras and insurance you chose, each listed separately.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Open Manage booking with your booking reference and last name and download the invoice as a PDF.

Changes, cancellations & credits

Can I get a refund?
If you cancel at least 48 hours before departure, you get the value of your booking back as travel credit, valid for 12 months on any Eurosava flight, not as money. If we or the carrier cancel your flight, you can choose a refund in money instead. Read the refund & credit policy for the details.
What happens if you cancel my flight?
We tell you as soon as possible. You choose between another flight at no extra cost, a refund in money within 7 days, or travel credit for the full amount you paid, including extras.
Can I change the date or a name?
Contact us at least 72 hours before departure. Changes depend on availability and any fare difference; a name correction for a typo is free.
How do I use my travel credit?
Contact us with your credit code or the original booking reference and the new flight you want. We apply the credit to the new booking, and you only pay any difference.

Seats, bags & extras

Can I choose my seat?
Yes, on our own flights. The seat map shows which seats are free. Standard seats cost €0, seats up front €0 and extra-legroom seats €0. If you skip it, you get a free seat at check-in.
What luggage is included?
It depends on the fare package. Open "Flight details" on the results page to see exactly what is included, and add extra bags in the Extras step.
Can I add extras after booking?
Contact us with your booking reference and we will add what is available for your flight, such as extra bags or transfers.
Is travel insurance available?
Yes, from €9 per traveller for the whole trip, provided by our insurance partner. It covers trip cancellation, medical costs abroad, delays and lost bags. You can add it while you book.

Check-in & travel

How does online check-in work?
Open Manage booking, enter your booking reference and last name, confirm your passport details and check in. Online check-in opens once the booking is paid.
Where is my boarding pass?
After check-in you can download it from Manage booking. Show it on your phone or print it.
When should I be at the airport?
At least 2 hours before departure. Check-in desks and bag drop close 40 minutes and the gate 20 minutes before take-off. Check-in and boarding has the details.
What documents do I need?
A valid passport or ID card for every traveller, including children and infants, and any visa the destination requires. Check entry rules before you travel.

Your rights & legal

Can I withdraw from my booking within 14 days?
No. The 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase under the Law on Consumer Protection does not apply to contracts for passenger transport. You can still cancel for travel credit under the refund & credit policy.
What am I entitled to if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
North Macedonia applies the European air passenger rights rules. Depending on the case, the operating airline owes you care at the airport, a new flight or a refund, and fixed compensation of 250 to 600 euro. The details are in the general travel conditions.
Where can I complain?
Write to us first with your booking reference; we answer in writing within 15 days. For flight disruptions you can then turn to the Civil Aviation Agency, for consumer matters to the State Market Inspectorate, and for personal data to the Agency for Personal Data Protection. Contact details are in the legal notices.
In which currency is my card charged?
Prices are shown in euro. Card payments are processed in Macedonian denars at the rate shown on the payment page before you confirm. See the payment terms.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Send us the company name, address and tax number before you pay, or as soon as possible afterwards, and we issue the invoice to the company.
What do you do with my passport details?
We use them only to issue your ticket and for the passenger lists that airlines and border authorities require, and delete them within 12 months after your last flight. See the privacy policy.
Who operates my flight?
The airline that operates the flight is shown before you pay and on your ticket. On charter flights we organise the flight and a licensed air carrier performs it; on partner flights we sell the seat as an intermediary.
